Meals are prepared using classical gastronomic techniques with carefully selected ingredients sourced from quality suppliers. Free range chicken and pork, freshly caught seafood, 28-day dry aged Scotch beef and seasonal fruit & vegetables are constant menu items showcasing the best Britain has to offer.
A wonderful Sunday dinner serving weekly-changing roast meats accompanied by roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables is also available, while lunchtime throughout the week sees the kitchen offering an additional selection of open and closed sandwiches.
Backing up the food is a respectable list of carefully chosen wines from around the world, with a few private bin and reserve wines list to tempt the connoisseur.
